Dr. Noemy Ponce
Dr. Ponce was born in Houston, TX and grew up in the center of the city with her parents and four sisters.
She graduated at the top of her class from Milby High School, then continued her education at Texas A&M University, College Station. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and was involved in several organizations throughout college, including Society of Professional Engineers (SHPE). She worked in quality assurance with Johnson & Johnson for a year before she decided to pursue professional school.

Dr. Naeem Ali
Dr. Naeem Ali is a long-time Houston native. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors in Management Information Systems. Dr. Ali continued on to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Upon completion, Dr. Ali returned home to Houston to complete his residency and earn a Specialty Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

Dr. Deole brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to exceptional patient care in dental surgery and rehabilitation. He holds a BS in Neurobiology from the University of Texas - Austin and a DDS from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. His dedication to surgical excellence was further honed through an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Health San Antonio.

He completed his orthodontic residency and earned a Master of Science in Dentistry from Jacksonville University after receiving his dental training in Libya and Egypt. Dr. Elbira provides a full range of orthodontic services, including early orthodontic treatment, braces, and clear aligner therapy.
