What to Expect During Your First Visit
During your first visit at one of our three conveniently located offices, our team will:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Take radiographs of your teeth
- Perform a comprehensive exam
- Check your teeth and gums for any signs of decay and gingivitis or periodontitis
After your exam, the doctor will review your radiographs and findings with you. The doctor will discuss all treatment options and work with you to create a treatment plan that meets your needs.

If you are a new patient, please fill out the electronic form (click links below), before your first appointment. Having forms completed before you come in will help us to ensure you are seen in a timely manner.
We understand that you have a busy schedule, so when you’re preparing to visit the dentist, please remember that your appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.
