4. Keep Hydrated
As mentioned before, dry mouth exacerbates bad breath, allowing for bacteria to grow. Drinking water frequently not only helps to keep your mouth cleaner overall by washing away particles of food, but it also helps prevent dry mouth, and encourages good saliva production, keeping your mouth moist and may reduce bacteria growth.
5. Eat Healthy
Eating crunchy healthy foods like carrots, apples, etc can actually help keep teeth cleaner, Something that may keep your breath fresh.
6. Avoid Foods That Contribute
Coffee, Garlic, etc. Certain foods do produce a smell that may make it harder to combat bad breath. To keep breath fresh, avoid these foods if you can.
7. Eat Probiotics.
One cause of bad breath can be gut health. So use yogurt or any other source of probiotics, to encourage good gut health.
